I had a great stay at this hotel. The property feels brand new, modern, and extremely clean throughout. It’s situated in a peaceful area away from the busy city center, but super convenient to access via the nearby metro station, with several shopping malls close by. The breakfast choices are somewhat limited, but every option is high quality, fresh, and tasty. The overall ambiance is incredibly relaxing—I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed alone while I had internal throat surgery. The hotel (all the staff) were amazing and attentive. Even the room service man knew me and asked me how I was feeling everyday. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was ideal for resting in my room and the AC worked! So important after an operation. The food was always good. And! I ate there everyday. I would absolutely stay again. I had a moment when I cried with concierge because it hurt to talk and she was so gracious and kind and helped me with what I needed. Thank-you Fairmont Quasar staff for your kindness and attention!

Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Fairmont the location is good for sight seeing and the rooms were good and clean. Concierge and check in staff were also helpful. However the spa facilities including the steam room were not working and this was a considerable drawback for us as we had come for a relaxing break. Each day we were told it would be working the next day by spa staff and the issue was not resolved during our stay and we lost out on use of these facilities . We booked massages to help us relax instead at our own cost the Spa manager was reluctant to offer any Spa concession considering the lack of available facilities. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman Efe at reception who called the Spa staff and informed them they could atleast apply the Expedia offer.
