Nice Staff but the Hotel is really bad you want tea at the Breakfast it will cost u extra, you want to take shower can take half an hour because the water is not coming properly, I wanted technical personal I waited more than one hour.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel after it has undergone rebranding. I stayed early April and almost after one month I stayed again. One of the two lifts is still out of service since my last stay, leaving the hotel with only one lift serving almost 70 rooms and the hotel staff. House keeping is poor. One day we left the room around 12 pm came back midnight and the room was never made up. Last night we came back to the room and they supplied the room with one bath towel only. I called the reception this morning to supply the room with additional towels and after almost 35 minutes after a second call the housekeeping staff provided a towel without bringing the shower floor mat too. I told her to bring one and now one hour and she did not come. Towels are old, floor carpet is very old too.

Hotel was nice and has so much potential, unfortunately housekeeping let it down stayed 6 nights they either didn’t come to room so I would have to chase or they didn’t change bedding, no hoovering was done just cleanliness wasn’t good. Breakfast option wasn’t versatile for other nationalities which lets it down, staff friendly but I wouldn’t come back again unfortunately. Ate in the restaurant once over the week

Öncelikle Hotels. Com olarak verdiğiniz hizmet nedeniyle teşekkür ederiz. Ancak bu tür hotellere referans olmadan önce bu hotelleri gezmenizi tavsiye ederim. Dıştan çok güzel görünebilir, konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde bulunabilir. Ama maalesef otel çok eski, hijyenik olarak hiç iyi değil. Otele geliş amacımız eşimin sağlık sorunu nedeniyle hastanede randevumuz olduğundandı. Hastaneye yakındı diye orda kaldık biraz mecburiyetten kaldık. Otele uçağın saatinin erken olması sebebiyle erken varmış olduk. Eşimin hasta olduğunu belirtmeme rağmen erken giriş yapmamız için yardımcı da olmadılar. İnsani olarak da bu hoş bir durum değildi. Lütfen bu otellere referans olmayın……..

Het hotel bevindt zich op een makkelijke locatie en heeft een privéparkeerplaats. Bij het inchecken was de mevrouw zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en stond open voor mijn wensen. Het ontbijt was gewoon ok. Mooi en zeer proper!

Don’t not book this hotel for anything the service is very bad and the room service is terrible it’s been 4 days straight no one come to clean the room and they bring you dirty not washed towels, the bed covers are half way you can literally see the dirty mattress you sleep in because the mattress cover is short the pillows are really small and uncomfortable it’s the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in trust me it’s not even worth the money to stay here!!!!

Birçok kez iş kaldığımız bir oteldi.Önceden memnunduk fakat her geldiğimizde temizlik ve odadaki havlu vb. eksikler hep oluyordu.Lakin bu konaklamamızda hem odadaki eksikler hem temizlik hadsafhada eksik ve kötüydü.Bunların acilen düzeltilmesi gerekiyor.Özen ve önem atfedilmesi lazım.
