It was very smelly, room was very small and washroom door had a glass where you could see shadow of the person inside. Constant smell was there

Small rooms, good common areas.

Staff are okay. Although they could do with being more humble and polite. They speak good enough English to get by. All common areas are kept clean. Rooms are very small. Could do with removing unnecessary furniture. Bathroom could do with a good scrub as soapscum had gathered in tiles, corners, sink and taps. Showers can be daunting as lots of water goes out onto bathroom floor. The hotel in my opinion was 24 degrees warm. This is well beyond average and can become extremely claustrophobic at times.

There is some road work being done around the hotel area. So the area is a bit dusty and muddy at times. The property is safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 month for work. The bed is not the most comfortable, but the place is clean. Housekeeping services daily. The Eresin is next door and I went frequently to use the gym and spa services. The gym was 1000 TL per day. The Eresin hotel also have a decent restaurant that I ate from at times. The Eresin hotel is right in front of a tram stop. This made it easy to get to the Grand Bazaar ect. The Express is very basic, they provide hot water and a vending machine in the lobby. But no, coffee or tea and no bottle waters to the room. No room service. I did use the Eresin ( next door hotel) laundry services. But I guess for the price of the Express you can’t expect much more. Overall it’s a nice clean safe hotel. With a fairly modern and simplistic design. It is just for express lodging. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Tam istediğim gibi sakin sessiz bir konaklama

Giriş çıkış hiçbir aşamada sıkıntı yaşamadım. Çalışanlar gayet guleryuzlu ve yardımseverdi. Otelin tek sıkıntısı kahvaltı hizmeti sunmamasi. Onun dışında gayet rahat bir konaklama imkanı sunuyor. Oda biraz küçük fakat kullanışlı idi. İçinde standart bir otele dair her imkan vardi ve sorunsuz calisiyordu.

bad experience

Too much noise, we can't sleep because of the noise outside. There is no breakfast whether included or extra. It's not worth the price because there are better ones for the same price.

Everything was very good for hotel of 3 stars , the cleanliness was very good , the employees very polite and friendly and polite (except on person a man, i think he is rude with all guests not just our family , his face always upset , i hope they will fix this problem) otherwise the location is so good and i really recommend ) if you want an economical option and very good location and good environment that’s what you are looking for . 3 yıldızlı bir otel için her şey çok iyiydi, temizlik çok iyiydi, çalışanlar çok nazik ve arkadaş canlısı ve kibardı (bir kişi hariç, bir erkek, bence sadece ailemize değil tüm misafirlere karşı kaba, yüzü her zaman asıktı, umarım bu sorunu çözerler) bunun dışında konumu çok iyi ve gerçekten tavsiye ederim) ekonomik bir seçenek ve çok iyi bir konum ve iyi bir ortam istiyorsanız aradığınız şey bu.

Bir günlük vb kalmak için fiyat performans uygun. Eşimle gittik yatak maalesef iki kişilik bir yatak değil 1,5 kişilik bir yatak oda küçük ancak oda ve banyo temiz. Maalesef manzaramız çok kötüydü perdeyi kapatınca sorun kalmıyor)). Otoparkı mevcut bu önemli. Sonuç olarak kısa kalmalar için idare edilebilecek, otoparkının olması önemliydi. Çapa hastanesinde tedavi için bir otel arayışınız varsa bu otel konum olarak yürüme mesafesinde ben bundan dolayı tutmuştum başkaları da bu ihtiyaçla arıyor olabilir bundan dolayı ayrıca bu notumu da yazayım.
