The hotel was extremely clean and everyone was super friendly. The staff made us feel like we were family, not simply customers. The warm, friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. The owners went above and beyond by showing us around the area and making sure we knew every spot. Amazing hotel — I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Istanbul! The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond when we missed breakfast, they kindly put together some sandwiches for us so we wouldn't go hungry. Our entire stay was completely hasslefree. The food street was less then a minute walk from the hotel. The tram line to SultanAhmet was about 5 min walk. We would definitely stay again at Eliza. Thank you

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our quick tour of Istanbul! The Eliza Hotel is situated within a five minute walk of the Grand Bazaar and the Mosque, and a two minute walk from restaurant street making a perfect location to begin your adventures. Huseyin, Murat, and the entire hotel staff made us feel like family, talking, laughing and meeting our every request and offering their advice and their experience so that our trip would be successful. The breakfast was excellent had a great selection; everything that you needed for a family, including chicken nuggets and french fries for the little ones should they not want traditional breakfast foods. The rooms were very clean and newly redecorated and in excellent condition, the showers have plenty of water pressure. Overall we had an outstanding stay and cannot recommend the Eliza hotel enough definitely one of our best hotel stays ever.

We used the Airport Shuttle to get there. The hotel is ideally situated so it was easy to get there. The breakfast was excellent. We had breakfast for 7 mornings and it was fresh and delicious.

Me and my family stayed in Eliza hotel located near the Grand bazar and Blue mosque, close to many tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and had everything you may need. the breakfast was also very delightful as it has many different options and the drinks were also very nice. they also provide taxi very easily and their staff is very friendly and nice. Overall very nice stay & super convenient, would recommend!

Nice and clean place, open buffet for breakfast, wifi was good. The area was nice, the only down side is that taxi can’t get to the hotel due daily street closer for the market. It’s only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest taxi access area. Will be using the hotel again

As a budget hotel this is an excellent choice. It is only 3 minute walking from a pram station and less than 10 minutes walking from Sultan Ahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) The self service breakfast is excellent with lots of choices delicious food for you to prepare for a day ahead The bed is comfortable and bedding is good.

It’s a very good hotel it’s near all the tourist attractions and near the metro not difficult to get around. The breakfast is soo good every day they have different kinds of food not like other hotels. The staff are wonderful and specially Mohammad memet he is amazing he speak English and also Arabic he been taking good care of us he helped us with everything whatever we needed we would ask him and he wouldn’t hesitate to help us and explain everything to us. The room is pretty big not to small like other hotels u actually could walk around the room and there is also a balcony. But overall I’ll give u 5/5 and Mohammad he’s professional 10/10 I will definitely come back to this hotel كتير حلوه الفندق و نضيف و الفطور كتير زاكي و محمد بحكي عربي و إنجليزي كتير منيح و ساعدنا في كل شي بنحتاجه. اي شي كان بدنا اياه نسئل محمد و يساعدنا بكلشي و كتيييير لطيف شكرا محمد 😊😊 الاوتيل كتير قريب من كل الأماكن السياحية
