Overall the location is excellent, walkable to the tram station. However, the staff at the front desk looks so annoyed when you ask them anything. The bell boys, however, are so helpful and nice! The room was amazing, the bathroom needs a little bit of work and needed cleaning.

There was no explanation about the spa, as the receptionist never bothered to explain it or tell me where it was during check-in, even though I enjoy using spa facilities. The property is well situated. However; the rooms lack sound proofing and we ended up having few sleepless nights as you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms!! Had to call the front desk few times past 2:00 AM to complain about the noise from neighboring rooms. For this reason; I won’t stay in this hotel again…
