This was the first hotel of 5 while in Istanbul. It was fine as I looked for ones that met my needs... location for. All I can say was it was ok. I would not stay here if I wanted to walk and wonder you would need to taxi everywhere

Duşta hortum bulunmuyor sadece yukarda asılı başlıkla nerenizi yıkayacağınızı onlar belirliyor. Camlardan inanılmaz soğuk geliyor perdelerin rüzgardan oynadığını görebilirsiniz bütün gece klima açık olmasına rağmen donduk. Söylediğimizde rüzgardan sinekliklerin zarar gördüğünü söylediler sinekliğin soğuk geçirmekle ilgisi ne olabilir? Özellikle jakuzi olduğu yazılan odada yanlış yazdıklarını ve odayı veremeyeceklerini belirtip geldiğimizde iptal etmekle tehdit ettiler daha sonra oda seçeneklerini değiştirerek mağdur ettiler. Kettle gibi şeylerin altından saçlar çıktı sadece görünen yüzeyler temizlenmişti. Bornoz yazdığına da bakmayın yoktu. Çalışan kadın sert ve suratsız üslupla konuşmalar yaptı. Haksız oldukları halde müşteri memnuniyeti yerine para odaklı davrandılar. 1 gece su parasını düşünüp klimayla tüm gece açmamızı önerdiler kalite ve profesyonellikten çok uzaklar. Çünkü bende bir otel sahibi olarak sizden daha fazla bilgi sahibiydim. 2 gün kafa dinlemek için geldiğim yerde canım sıkkın ayrıldım
