Very disappointing experience — avoid this hotel. The premises were extremely unclean, and the overall service was very unprofessional. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, and getting through to the hotel by phone was extremely difficult as calls were often unanswered. Communication was also a major issue, as some staff had very limited English. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We just needed a place for a quick overnight sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a great variety. My only negative is that the elevator on the top floor make a banging noise anytime it is in use (almost like a door slamming repeatedly) which was definitely disruptive to my sleep. Otherwise everything was great!

Everything about the hotel was great, I would recommend the state for a short period of time The airport shuttle is not included with your purchase of this hotel. Please be advised that you do plan to come here. You will have to pay for your own Taxi to get here which we were not made aware of until we reached Istanbul.

1) Minor cleanliness issue: Some left over of packing wraps of fresh toilet paper wraps or something in the toilet that could have been put in the dustbin but it was on the floor besides the flush out. 2) Breakfast: Clarity of what will be served for breakfast could be helpful; little description of the menu and the details regarding the options of menu. Basically it's seems the menu is fixed which was not clear until we guests find out ourself at the restaurant. 3) Staffs were good and friendly. Hotel location is fine with shops & amenities around within few hundred foot are amazing. 4) Taxi fare is unreasonably expensive. First of all the taxi fare offered by EXPEDIA is more than double offered by the hotel. There seems to be some glitch in the taxi fare. I took taxi through the BITAKSI app to travel from IST airport to Hotel (Dem Premium) which is around 13 km away. The pick up locations are utter nonsense making the guest to walk/cross about 2 km distances. Then the fare shown is TRY 1150; payment through the app using my credit card failed and have to pay by cash. Upon checking in the hotel they offered for return/drop off fare of 20 Euros which is cheaper than the Yellow taxi fare. All together all the sources are looting money from the guests visiting the country. Because The official city tariff includes a starting flat rate of ₺71.94, followed by ₺47.92 per Km which works out almost half of the fare paid.

The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area. During my showers, I was burned twice because of sudden temperature changes — most likely due to another room using the water at the same time. The temperature fluctuations were honestly not acceptable. Unfortunately, the hotel was generally not clean. There was dust under the bed and the overall condition did not match the standards you would expect from a hotel presenting itself this way. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and polite. They apologized, but there was not much more they could do — and to be fair, these issues are not necessarily their fault. I have spent a lot of time in Turkey and stayed in many different accommodations, but none have disappointed me as much as this hotel. I will definitely not return. I even chose not to have breakfast because my trust in the hotel was already gone. I cannot leave a positive review because I feel very misled by the experience. I travel frequentl
