Easy to get there from the airport, really close to airport. Is right at the downtown area. Hotel was so clean and exactly how the picture looks. I only stayed one night but if I come back to turkey I will definitely stay again.

The relation price / quality (of service) is great. The staff has been very efficient n kind specially for the airport transfer (bought directly from Expedia). Much before arrival & during arrival, they had messaged me (WhatsApp) constantly even with video n pictures! Unforgettable pleasant experience. This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our second day breakfast, but they quickly changed my plate. Huge thank-you to everyone who works there and makes guests' experience so wonderful!

The place was easy to find and the staff were friendly. However the cleanliness was average at best. The toilet bowl had stains and hairs from the previous guests. We had to request to change room. The next room then had dirty floor and the bottled water was opened. We decided to just leave it as that, as we were only staying for a night (long layover).

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near the airport for a day or two. The transfer to and from the airport was well organized, the instructions was super clear and drivers are always very helpful and professional. The room is basic and has everything you need. Breakfast is included with your rate and has a good selection of everything. Stayed at this hotel twice and planning on more once in Istanbul. Thank you!
