When I checked in one of the guys at reception was reluctant to pay me back some money I was due to receive - it was only when another member of staff intervened that the issue was resolved. Disappointing

Pooor poor poor - DONOT STAY HERE

Upgraded to a suit which was in poor condition, window mechanism broken and safety catch detached from window. Dual shower had only one shower working and had mould in ceiling. Went to hotel reception and had very bad attitude from the person in charge. I would definitely not stay here again and would recommend Hotels.com to remove them from their listing
