Excellent boutique hotel, amazing location to set off from as a tourist. Staff and concierge very helpful and responsive. Rooms are amazing in size and comfort. They even provided a baby cot for us. Great stay!

Beautiful rooms inside the hotel! Staff was very kind and helpful and hospitable. The only downside is the noise from the pub at the bottom. One night he could hear all of the noise still super loud at one in the morning.

Great location with many sightseeing opportunities, shops, bars and restaurants nearby as well as access to the quayside. The only downside that it is a steep downhill from the nearest tube station, especially if travelling in from the airport, therefore best to take a taxi or Uber. Room was clean and a generous size and we were located on the front corner which gave a reasonable view.

The hotel was excellent. It’s in a fantastic location, situated in a lively neighborhood within walking distance of many historical landmarks, as well as the tram and ferry, making it very easy to get around the city. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even brought us a women’s hygiene kit in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. While the rooftop offers a beautiful view, the breakfast itself was below average and could definitely be improved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Exactly what we expected and exactly as advertised! The 7th Fl restaurant was outstanding! Mustafa the morning manager makes you feel like a friend! Ahmet at the front desk had everything prepared exactly as requested. Thank you all for making our visit to Istanbul so memorable! Also, the location was perfect. 10 minute walk to the port for cruise ships. 5 minute walk to catch the ferry to the Asian side of Istanbul and other places. HIGHLY recommend!!!
