The staff is really professional and friendly. I always stay here when I am in Istanbul. Great location near grocery, restaurants and shopping. They have new mattresses and continue to make improvements. While it is not a luxury hotel, it feels like home and is clean and comfortable. I arrived earlier and had a late departure this trip and I was allowed to check in and out based on availability and I was very grateful! Cihan ( hope I get the name right) always great!

I stayed one night at this small hotel, and the best thing about it was its excellent location — very close to Taksim Square. The receptionist was very kind, enthusiastic, and professional. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom — on the ceiling, the walls, and the door. Overall, I gave it 4 stars.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and courteous. That’s what made it for me a 5 star place. The breakfast was general consisted of a daily 1 egg, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and tea. On the other hand the room was not fancy and it had a certain smell. I had to buy cleaning supplies to keep the smell away. Good enough for daily sleep.
