Our initial room was good and roomy but the roof leaked after a heavy rain. They transferred us to a very small room.Breakfast was adequate. Their staff were courteous and helpful.

The location is great, not so far away from metro station, all the touristic places is near. The only thing that is kinda bad is air ventilation in some rooms, bad smell and standard rooms that looks like economic

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, and an excellent breakfast. The elevator was a welcome addition and made getting luggage up to the room much easier. The airport transfer service was also very convenient and highly recommended. The room was clean overall, though a more thorough deep clean in some areas would make the stay even better.

Hairs all over the room. AC barely worked. Wouldn't give us a second key so we could keep the AC running. The "free water bottles" described in the ad referred to a single 330ml water bottle, and if you ask for more they'll tell you there is a water pitcher at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, unless you arrive at 8am sharp, good luck, the staff does not refill anything, you'll stay hungry. The towels in the hotel I wouldnt wipe my floors with, they smelled terrible and could be used as sand paper

As a solo traveller, I stayed in economy single room. Overall stay was ok. I liked the decor and rooms were clean. The only thing that let me down was the noise outside my room starting early morning (cleaning, hoover etc) until late afternoon and I could hear guests using the bathroom next door.

This hotel is located in the historic center of Istanbul, the old town. Grand Bazaar with the column of Constantine (328 AD) are located in two minutes of walking. But the streets are super busy of course. It is a great cultural experience if you want an authentic atmosphere. If you wanted something quiet and peaceful the downtown area is not for you. Our host Nadim was super helpful and professional. He arranged the room for us that we liked. Hospitality and the service was overall great. Just make sure to communicate with the staff and they'll try their best to give you a pleasant experience during your stay. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish one, served every morning.
