Housekeeping var desværre under standard, og døren til brusekabinen var ødelagt. Hotellet reklamerer med TV på værelset, men det fungerede ikke. Der lå også alt for meget støv rundt omkring. Elevatoren føltes mere som en forlystelse end et sikkert transportmiddel. I receptionen manglede der smil og imødekommenhed—kun én ung medarbejder var venlig. Der kunne nævnes mange flere ting, men én ting er sikkert: Det blev vores første og sidste besøg på dette hotel. 😕

Abbiamo prenotato questa camera da Hotels.com è una volta arrivati sul posto. Abbiamo fatto il check-in saliti in camera. Abbiamo trovato la camera molto calda senza aria condizionata a quel punto tornati in reception. Abbiamo chiesto di lasciare la camera perché non era del nostro gradimento. C’è stato detto perché , abbiamo spiegato il nostri motivi e c’è stato detto che ci avrebbero rimborsata , ma a tutt’oggi dopo 10 giorni non è arrivato alcun rimborso mi auguro che questo avvenga per non proseguire con vie legali.

I stood here for one night,the stuff members are very friendly and accomodating.Each question or wish has been answered immediatly.The room was clean,only the bathroom equipment was a little older and without a window in it you saw the problems with water evapurate,but i could not see mould.Next to a big steeet it is of course street noise,but with the window closed it was ok.Duiring the night the traffic has reduced.The Breakfast was good,simple but with large sellection of local food.Its just a few minutes from taksim square by taxi.i would come again.
