“The service was great, but the hotel needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and have a bad smell, and the breakfast is very poor with nothing international.

The hotel is outdated and definitely not a 4 star rating. Bathrooms are old and cracking. The noisy from outside is doesn’t allow you to sleep. The spa facility closes at 7 pm and is very outdated. Not worth the money.

It was the perfect location regarding that moving in Istanbul is not easy, staff was VERY nice -we only stayed one night but it is perfect to visit major sites. Very nice staff. Excellent value for the money . Great views from the rooftoop , nice restaurant very nice waiters . You don t need more .
