The hotel is very nice located . The area is very safe and close to the Tram. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable and are to the USA and Canadian standards! The staff is very professional! I highly recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel in perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and nice. Comfortable room although a bit small was still lovely. only down side is the noise from the cars honking all the time, does usually stop between 12pm and 6am but still annoying.

I was nice

It is not very large due to the nature of the area, but it is very clean. Despite being in a busy area, it is quiet and the staff is polite and friendly. And the wifi is very fast, faster than roaming LTE. I plan to stay here again next time. FYI, I think in Istanbul, you just have to be careful of some like thieves taxi driver group and some merchants. Enjoy Istanbul and happy journey!

Bentley Hotel (Old City)

Enjoyed our stay, nice room just a bit on the small side. Deluxe Room comes with a large bed, two side tables, good view of the shops/cafes, large desk/stool and tv, small and large mirror, draw with safe lock, fridge and small wardrobe with a few shelves. Room had A/C unfortunately the minute you go out of the room the corridors/hallway are boiling hot. Although when you enter the property you feel the A/C. Breakfast was expensive 20 euros per person. We tried once but it wasn't wow. Although fresh eggs are served. Plenty of cafes round the corner that sell breakfast for half the price. For Cold Drinks and Fizzy Drinks, turn right as you come out of the hotel and you'll find a shop that sells everything, say 100m. Taxis are waiting outside the hotel all the time. Metro stops are not too far. Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Great easy location up walk to grand bazar in 5 minutes. 5 minutes walk up Aya Sofia and top capi palace. Hotel rooms are modern and nicely done. Nice bed sheets and CB pillows. Breakfast buffet is great if you get up early and go downstairs. After 9 am they don’t refresh the buffet. So you end up with very average items. I minute walk to Starbucks, nice restaurants. This area of great to stay for 3 or 4 days!

This is my second time of staying at this hotel as I enjoyed the first stay so much. However this trip was spoilt by the disgusting behaviour of one of the reception staff which was on the Wednesday evening when I ordered a pizza. His attitude was dishonest, he lied and took me to be a fool and he refused to give me his name. It spoilt was was otherwise a great stay. Because of him I will not be returning!!

Hotel looks nothing like the photos - felt absolutely deceived on arrival. Tiny rooms, can barely turn around in the bathroom. Ongoing noise from electrical outlet made sleeping impossible. Staff unfriendly - maybe because it’s Ramadan - but it’s still a hotel so you expect service, front desk person explains “all of our rooms have noise”.

Perfect hotel and location - only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear and feel the trams passing by. Also beds are 2 mattresses together which is not ideal for couples

I really had a great time at Bentley Hotel Old City. I was traveling alone, I stayed there from June 23 till the 26. The room was clean, I got room services. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, I just can’t remember the names of the 2 staff who were extremely helpful. They gave me tips, suggestions on where to go eat, directions, booked my transfer from the airport, it’s just sad I did not see the 2 gentlemen when I was checking out I wanted to leave a tip just for a great service and how helpful they were, I still did but left it with the other staff who was there. Maybe one thing if they could get a better deal with these transfer taxis so that if you are traveling alone you don’t have to pay 60euro just for one way maybe they could look into like a shared transfer so that the cost is not too high, but this is just a suggestion. I had a great time, the hotel is located near many tourist spots such as Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand bazaar, Basilica Cisterns etc. I highly recommend it and if I was to go back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there. Thank you

Es ist sehr modern eingereichtet. Die Zimmer sind mehr als sehr sauber. Der Empfang und das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und höfflich. Sehr geraumige Zimmer und sehr sehr bequemes Bett. Es ist sehr zentral und überall in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Frühstück hatten wir nicht da es die Fasten Zeit war daher kann ich keine Auskunft dazu geben aber das Hotel und Personal sind brillant ist mein favorite Hotel
