Short stay in Istanbul

The hotel restoration is great, modern zen and comfortable. I can suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom, the shower floor can be slippery and finally I did not understand in the beginning what you mean by “Special Class” , I suggest to be more specific for your future customers to avoid surprises.

very narrow room with window opening onto a shaft and bathroom difficult to access. In short, the reality does not correspond in any way to the images on the reservation site

My entire experience with this trip has been nothing short of horrible from the moment I arrived. I had booked a transfer directly from the airport through the hotel and had even reminded them before my flight, expecting clear instructions upon landing. However, none were provided. I spent 45 minutes looking for the driver at the airport, only to end up having to take a taxi at my own expense. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist apologized and admitted that it was the hotel’s fault for not providing the necessary instructions. I was then shown to my room, but when I tried to lock the door, it wouldn’t close properly. I was told that there was no handyman available, but someone would be sent to take a look. The bellboy who came to fix it tried, but the lock still didn’t work. As a lone female traveler, I felt unsafe in a room where I couldn’t lock the door. I requested a different room, but was told none were available and I would have to make do. I checked online, and to my surprise, there were rooms available, but they were all priced much higher than the one I had booked. At this point, I was frustrated and decided to check out and find alternative accommodation. When I went to checkout, the hotel staff assured me that Expedia would resolve the issue since I had booked through them. However, Expedia has been unable to get in touch with the hotel to demand a refund, leaving me out of pocket and with no resolution. I have received no service that was promised to

Furchtbar laut, die Fenster sind fast nicht vorhanden. Aus den Abflüssen stinkt es. Die Zimmer sind keine 5 Stern eher gute 3 Sterne. Zwei Aufzüge wo gerade mal 3 Personen Platz haben und man ewig lange daruf warten muss. Im großen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend für diesen Preis und nie ein 5 Sterne Hotel, 3 Sterne wären hier mehr wie genug.
