The apartment is very good and the 24-hour front desk were always helpful, professional, and courteous. Other commenters mentioned excessive noise but we did not experience that at all day or might. While the Sumbul sokak street) was quiet, the walking a block in each direction puts you in a bustling street full of shops of all kinds (mostly small but walking one block south takes you to some larger stores.) We were happy.

Best Suite

It was an apartment suite, and it was absolutely lovely. The gentleman at the reception was more than helpful and was so kind and patient as we were having difficulty operating the washing machine (everything was in Turkish; we didn't understand anything). It was very spacious, clean and lovely, far better than any hotel. They had a coffee machine by the reception area which was wonderful. I don't remember his name, but the gentleman working in the reception area overnight was terrific!! Besides it being a great place to say, the price of it was surprisngly affordable as well1

it was a nice little appartment. - positive: - nice clean - lots of resturants - negative - door locks are not working. I would not recommend for families with small kids - you have to pay for all services (cleaning, bedsheets etc) - a bit loud in the morning because of construction work going outside - not that much central like sultan ahmet or fatih were almost all attractions are located

Bad bedding, extremely noisy, groups of people in rooms partying all night until early morning. No double glazing, rooms are cold. Reception staff often unhelpful, they hold my food for two hours instead of bringing it upstairs like I asked. Only accept cash for drinks.

. Everything was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful the whole time. I am very happy to have stayed there after my surgery. The apartment was fully furnished. Everything I needed in the kitchen to cook was there and in very good. condition. The neighborhood is very functional. Grocery store, lots of history around and lots of cheap and good options to eat. The center of Bahcelievler is a great option to eat and is about 10 minutes walking. I advise taking a picture of the menu because some restaurants in Turkey charge much more than what is shown on the menu beforehand when they realize that we are “tourists”. The hotel have a really nice coffee machine near to the lobby, with many option of coffee and cappuccino. They leave also cookies available 24 hours. Great stay in comfy place for budget conscious

Wonderful stay filled with friendly staff, great space and nice area. Room is a serviceable apartment which means there is not daily housekeeping. If wanted room cleaned, you coudl request it and was inexpensive. With that said, great space as had bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom and washer/dryer. We cooked dinner a couple nights and space was good. Enjoyed the local bakeries, restaurants, shops. People friendly and helpful. English is our first language and some staff, while limited, could speak English and we had no issues. If you want to be in touristy area, this is not it. Distance wise not far to those areas (traffic determined amount of time required to get there) and we explored both European and Asian sides. It is located on a side street so view from room nothing special. It is not fancy but is really nice. We had a car but hotel is walkable to public transportation. Also walked to many nearby places. Hotel staff great in helping to park car. Would have liked an exercise room but able to get by without. It was very convenient for the reason came to Istanbul and would definitely stay here again.
Dinner we made in room. Bread was bought at bakery. room does not have oven.
