It is a No No No ppace to stay at..unless you like to stay in a room with cockroaches and dirty place. Manager are not respectful

Als ich ankam, fand man meine Reservierung nicht. Ich hatte eine große Familiensuite gebucht, mir wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt. Ich sagte, das ist in Ordnung. Dann erhielt ich ein anderes, viel kleineres Zimmer. Das war nur ein Doppelzimmer. Der Toilettendeckel war nicht festgeschraubt. Der Siphon verlor Wasser, sodass im Bad ständig der Boden feucht war. Die Einrichtung war alt, abgewohnt, und es war auch nicht richtig sauber. Als ich am nächsten Tag auscheckte, war die Rechnung nicht fertig und man musste darauf bestehen, sie auf Papier zu erhalten. Als Geschäftsreisender bin ich nun einmal darauf angewiesen, dass alles korrekt abläuft. Einzig positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals!
