Memnun kalmadım, hiç hijyenik değil

Hijyen açısından memnun kalmadım, hotel çalışanları hiç yardımcı olmadı ve çok suratsızlardı. Hotel odaları hijyene uygun değildi açıkcası tercih etmiyorum. Biraz daha fazla miktar verip daha iyi standartlarda kalınabilir.

Otelden ayrılırken resepsiyoniste söylediğim şuydu; -Bir otelin 250 TL olması çarşaflarının lekeli olmasını, yatağın uyumaya elverişli olmamasını gerektirmez.(İki yatağı birleştirmek istemişler ama sağa da sola da gitsen ortadaki çukurda buluyorsun kendini,iki üç kez uyandım tekrar uyudum) Söylemediklerim ise şunlar; Her seyi geçtim sabah yüz yıkamak için bir sabun koyar insan.Otel fiyatına sabun için 5 TL koysanız kim ne diyebilir ki?Sıvı sabunla yüz yıkamak bizim geleneklerimizde yok!Duş almadan çıktım. Odada çay ve kahve olması iyi bir şeydi. Bu kadar eleştiriye rağmen kalmayın da diyemem.Amaç konaklamak değil de barınmak ise ,ve aslında bu paraya bu kadar olur,iş görür. Gürültü sorunu yok. Belki siz şanslı olursunuz,başka insanların yaşadığı gecelerin izlerini taşıyan bir çarşafta yatmaz (yıkanmış ama epey lekeli)ve birleştirilmiş bazalarınız bir yatak konforu sağlayabilir. Ama ben bir daha gitmem.

Lovely hotel

We love this place The staff is wonderful and very nice The service is excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel. We've been on many places during our trip in turkey and without doubt hotel arkem 2 istanbul was the best of the best.
