THE LAST DAYS WAS TERRIBLE, EVEN I MADE THE RESERVATION LONG BEFOER THAT.THEY ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BECAUSE AS THEY CLAIM THEY HAD A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM IN THE FLOOR BUT IT WAS NOT TRUE.

One of the worst hotels we ever used. We had a very bad stay and terrible nights in this look-alike hotel. This is a scam hotel never 5 stars at all. We are a belgian couple and never in our hundreds of trips had such a thing. The rooms are very dirty, noisy, very old with broken window and broken bed. Torn paper paint and humidity on the walls. plus, bed sheets, towels and pillows have stains and dirty. some times even burnt. We changed room during the 6 night-stay. But nothing changed. We got sick of allergy because of dust and dirt. Add to that the staff in the reception are very arogant and are not helpful. Everyone in the bulding want to be tipped if you pass by them. Even the entrance of the hotel is so smelly. Escape from this place

Ons verblijf was in één woord : sùper !! Bij aankomst kregen we al onmiddellijk thee aangeboden en een kruier zorgde voor onze bagage. We verbleven in een ruime en stille kamer met alle nodige faciliteiten. Elke dag werd de kamer grondig gereinigd. Het ontbijt was héél uitgebreid. Zelfs na 7 dagen hadden we nóg niet van alles geproefd. Het zwembad met ruim ligterras werd elke ochtend grondig opgepoetst. Handdoeken aan het zwembad werden spontaan tot aan je ligbed gebracht. En dit brengt ons naar de vriendelijkheid van het personeel : gewoonweg top !! Metro is op 100 meter van het hotel, verplaatsing is dus kinderspel. Besluit : we hadden een prachtige vakantie.
