What makes this hotel unique is the staff. The staff at the reception area and the restaurant were excellent, and genuinely eager to help. I have been in Istanbul a number of times before. I believe this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Many thanks to all the hotel staff members.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel,The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the overall service was welcoming. However, we noticed that a few staff members in the dining area were serving food without gloves. It is a minor hygiene issue, but fixing this would make the hotel experience five-star. We would still recommend staying here!"

The room, though small was very clean, and air conditioned by its own mini-split AC. The room had its own small refrigerator, a private attached bathroom with basic amenities. The general area downstairs had free Turkish tea available at all hours. In the evening the staff would lay out bowls of seasonal fruit at no charge. Location wise, it is in the Old part of the city. So the metro station is quite close. Tram is a 10 minutes walk away, and 1 stop away from the Tram station is the Grand Bazaar.

スタッフは皆とても親切です。フロントスタッフは何人か代わりましたが、ホテルに戻るとおいしいトルココーヒーやチャイを勧めてくれ、フルーツとナッツ、デーツやロクムなども自由につまめるように用意してあります。季節なのでしょう、私は毎日美味しいスイカを出してもらって食べました。クリーンスタッフも優しいし、朝食スタッフも優しいです。 場所は最初少しわかりにくいかもしれませんが、水道橋のすぐ近くで、メトロの駅もトラムの乗降場も近く、グランバザールやスルタンアフメット広場にも簡単に行くことができます。 リーズナブルであり、高級ホテルの設備ではありませんが、部屋のエアコンもしっかり、レインシャワーの水圧も温度も問題ありませんでした。 部屋の鍵は開けるときに、ノブを押すのではなく引き気味にすると開きます。 英語のできるスタッフは少ないですが、色々気を使って対応してくれます。 私にとってとても居心地のよいホテルでした。

가까운곳에 전철과 트램이 있어 이동이 편리했습니다. 식당과 상점들이 가까운곳에 있습니다 음식들은 훌륭했고 서비스도 좋았습니다 다만 최근 많이 올랐다는 가격은 조금 신경이 쓰이네요. 호텔에서의 화장실 이용은 편리하고 깨끗했지만 거리에서 화장실을 찾기는 어려웠어요.
