Perfect location. Right next to the ferry/marmara/ metro/buses with access all over Istanbul. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind, going over and above. I received help with all kinds of things from practicing my Turkish to extra lighting. Will definitely be staying here again. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but would recommend overall 100%

Love the hotel

Excellent hotel. The staff are amazing very helpful. Abdul Rahman and Omar both are gems. The rooms are super clean and close to everything.

The hotel overlooks the Bosphorus. It is just a short walk to the ferry and all the sightseeing that can be done by boat. The markets near the pier are buzzing and full of delicious treats. The hotel staff are courteous and the chef makes a great Turkish-style omelet. And when you want quiet time you can walk to nearby parks. I had a magical time!

Our room was each day dirty, also after the room service. Dirty means in this case, floor was not clean and long black hairs we´ve founded each day in the shower, on our bed and on the floor. We had a room to the backside, with a view and window to a very small shaft, so when we opened the windows, the guests from the room on the left and ride could see inside our room and there was no fresh air. The air condition worked very well, but during the night some fresh air would be great. I guess that the rooms with the Bosphorus are much more better. The room size was absolutely fine. The boat pier going to the European side is only 3 mins walking distance as well as the next supermarket.

Her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazır olmaları ve samimi yaklaşımları konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Konum ise tam anlamıyla mükemmel. Seyahat edenler için büyük bir avantaj sunuyor. Marmaray, metro ve vapur iskelelerine yürüme mesafesinde olması sayesinde İstanbul’u keşfetmek bizim için çok kolay oldu. Şehrin her noktasına hızlı ve rahat bir şekilde ulaşabildik. Bu otelde her şey kusursuzdu. Hizmet kalitesi, temizlik, konfor ve çalışanların profesyonelliği beklentilerimizin de üzerindeydi. Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi . Standart oda fakat karanlığa bakıyor dışarı açılan pencereleri yok .Rezervasyon yaparken oda bilgilerinde böyle birşey yazmıyordu. Çalışanlar yardımcı olmak istedi ama otel dolu olduğu için yardımcı olamadılar . Bu durumun kendileriyle ilgili olmadığını söylediler.Merkezi konumda .
