Great location and staff service from this hotel. The staff even gave us tips to spot scammers that prey on tourists around the city, and that was really helpful so we don't let that ruin our vacation

Well located hotel, room was clean. Our room though was more style over practicality with not enough space in bathroom for toiletries and very small wardrobe

Really beautiful hotel and nicely located. Highly recommend for those purposes. Just a note that there was really no warmth or welcoming atmosphere from the staff, which was a shame and not how the rest of the city is. Especially around breakfast / lobby. Would love to see more interaction, recommendations, maybe friendliness. Some people didn’t even knowledge us in the hallways / lobby. Not really a big deal but also a shame since this property has the potential to be best in class. Other than that, no major complaints :) I would recommend adding more hooks in the bathrooms as there was really no place to even place more than one towel but again - minor.

Hotel was exquisite and whilst we were there for football, hotel would be fabulous for couples. Rooms gorgeous and staff seemed to go the extra mile. Istanbul ( like any city) has its ‘chancer’s’ but hotel and staff amongst the best I’ve dealt with.
