Hotel was exquisite and whilst we were there for football, hotel would be fabulous for couples. Rooms gorgeous and staff seemed to go the extra mile. Istanbul ( like any city) has its ‘chancer’s’ but hotel and staff amongst the best I’ve dealt with.

Great location, beautiful rooms and incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very nice too. This hotel is ideally situated between the old town and newtown, a 2 minute walk from the Galata bridge.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful building, extremely well appointed in a good location. All of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, with Fred in particular going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. My only negative is the roof top terrace which could definitely do with some TLC. But that is a minor issue - everything else was wonderful.
