What a fantastic beachside apartment. The decor is lovely and beds very comfortable and cool, we slept well for the entire stay. It was also very quiet inside. Everyone was helpful and friendly, a great location with a number of good restaurants and beach clubs within 1 to 2 minutes walk.

AR Palace Hotel in Palermo, Sicily was a wonderful retreat after a very scary flight from Paris. We were a family of four that arrived at 5am because our flight had an emergency landing at Catania airport instead of Palermo due to the weather. We had a long journey by taxi from Catania. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to have a keyless check in. We were so exhausted and frustrated by the time we arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, modern and clean the hotel room was. We slept so comfortably and had every amenity that we could ask for. And when we awoke, the beach just across the street was already filled with people enjoying the day. We got to meet the wonderful two person staff as we were leaving and they were so kind. What a lovely experience that made up for the scary journey. Thank you AR Palace Hotel!

This place is freshly remodeled and like brand spanking new. Secure parking in back. We were surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite and it was huge. Two bedroom with full kitchen, a backyard area and big sitting room with TV.

Alles war gut und das Personal oder die Besitzer (?)sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sauberkeit, Annehmlichkeitwn Personal 5/5 Da wir aber primär das Hotel genommen haben um uns vor dem Abflug auszuruhen und da wir früh aufstehen mussten gibt es für die Lärmemission/Lautstärke 1/5. Evtl war ein spezieller Anlass aber wenn man um 7 Uhr aufstehen muss sind laute Bässe von der umliegenden Bar bis 2/3 Uhr morgens suboptimal. Das Zimmer konnte durch die Läden nicht komplett verdunkelt werden, dicke Vorhänge würden helfen evtl auch gegen den Lärm. Die Strasse davor war auch ziemlich laut.

Apartamento precioso, no le faltaba un detalle. Estaba todo super limpio y nuevo. Nosotros estabamos de paso pero para una estancia de playa esta genial situado, justo enfrente. Y parking alli mismo es un plus
