I had a very enjoyable stay at the Dunollie Hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of food and a beautiful view to enjoy while eating. Overall, everything was very good, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my booking (through the booking agent) and the lady at reception was so very professional and courteous and had it sorted in no time. You are an asset to the Dunollie Hotel at Broadford on Isle of Skye. My room was very clean and comfortable. The Bar Was well stocked and the service was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was A1. Thankyou to everyone .I could not recommend it highly enough

Room was clean but very, very small. The car park has always been a problem but hotel was obviously pretty busy so no parking spaces left. I had to park down the road, 3-4 minute walk back to the hotel with my bag to get checked in. Breakfast buffet is a plus...would stay again as reasonable standard but there are more comfortable places to stay

A good, clean hotel with all the basics covered. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on our 2 night stay. Good choice of drinks at the bar. Limited parking at the hotel but free public parking is a 1 minute walk away. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Delighted with the Dunollie Hotel, would happily stay here again when on Skye

Great stay for our small family with 2 small kids. Check in and out were quick and easy. The room was nice and clean, the beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the little ones to run/crawl around. We got dinner the first night which was lovely as was the breakfast on both mornings. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly and helpful. It's in a great location to explore Skye and would recommend staying here to anyone. The only thing is if you are driving there isn't a lot of on site parking (especially when 2 buses took up 80% of it!!) however we still found space whenever we got back, there is also parking options nearby so there's really no need to worry.

Clean room , welcoming staff. Breakfast was good. As for parking - small,tiny place so it's best to advice to park at the free car park past Asda Fuel station as I got stuck on the uphill whilst trying to get out of the hotel carpark as it was full. Maybe a sign "car park full" wouldn't go amiss.

The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking the water with a free parking lot at the side and back of the hotel. Check-in was seamless; however, the person who attended to us at check-in, seemed preoccupied and didn’t make an effort to welcome us nor explain everything to us when we arrived. The room that we had booked was as advertised with a king bed and an unobstructed view of the water. However, the room was underwhelming in the sense that it had no dresser for clothes nor side tables on each side of the bed. The room had ample room for these items. The room also was not decorated on the walls. These touches would enhance the room and provide more convenience for customers. There were parts of the room that were also not dusted and the carpets were stained. The bed was extremely comfortable with fresh linens that were very clean. The highlight of this hotel was the lounge area with a bar as well as the dining area with views of the ocean. The breakfast was outstanding and the service in the dining room and lounge was very good. Aside from the state of the room, we enjoyed our time at this hotel and would return. However for the quality I would say that the rates are a bit overpriced.

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel after reading several negative reviews, but I’m glad I did. My family and I stayed for two days and had a really enjoyable experience. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had been recently renovated with an excellent shower. Breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to the day. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and convenient access to nearby amenities like a petrol station and supermarkets such as Asda and Co-op. Free parking is also a great bonus. A special mention goes to Mr Prasad, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant.
