The hotel and history is super cool. The room was clean and in good condition. Lots of rooms with breath taking views and can accommodate larger familly. I appreciate the choice of size rooms. The place is fill with history. The outside could use a bit more maintenance but the place is full of different area that are worth exploring.

They never cleaned the room, the breakfast was very simple and they charged it separately, and the reception should have worked all night, their schedules did not coincide with ours since we could not close the door to our room and we had to leave leaving the door unlocked.

When I book through Expediafor 5 people I made my reservation with breakfast included, when we get to the hotel the admin told us that there was breakfast included only for one person! Whichbis ridiculous.... There was pool in the hotel but they charge about $15.00 each to access... is the only hotel that does this type of things, coffe at the lobby at $1.25. Poor cleanning, no AC in the room we are not coming back, not recommended 👎

C' est un site enchanteur, accueil et hospitalité excellent.très propre mais il n'y a que le proprio,la femme de ménage ainsi que la dame à l' accueil (elle est la seule a parler français) les 2 autres parlent le mandarin. Maintenant pour les fausses publicités : Matelas très inconfortable Pas de restaurant (pas de cuisinier) Machine a café pas nettoyée Pas d'oreiller ni couverture d extra. Je trouve ça désolant pour une si belle place Il y a un manque de personnel.
