Vacations Close To Causeway Islands Park B

We were early and was able to check in. They front desk employee was very pleasant and made sure we had a room with a good view, since we were celebrating a special birthday. We felt special and were very pleased with our experience.

The Apt is in a good location, plenty of restaurants & shopping near by. The apt is nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable, although a bit soft for us. The pillows flattened out to nothing. The amenities (pool, pool table, movie hub, & common kitchen) were nice and would be great for a family get together. The only real issue was Check-in. Although I received txt msgs reminding me that the booking was coming up and that ai would receive an email 30 min before check-in with instructions on how to get in, I never received the email. On site the only help I could get was from the leasing office directing me to the building. When I found the exterior entry apt I couldn’t get in the digitally locked door. I got a hold of customer service and it took a full 1 for me to get in. They eventually sent me the Check-in instructions via txt. Had I had them in the beginning it wouldn’t have been an issue. We would stay again if back in the area, but the hr check-in made me late for the reason we were in the area, so that is extremely disappointing.
