The Staff was helpful. The Food at the BISTRO IS LISSSH! I can see myself going there just to eat, I had the French dip, and lobster Mac, my partner ordered that everything Pretzel! Its to Die for! This was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last!

The rooms are great and comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. The staff was really friendly. Its an ordeal with parking and coming and going from the hotel because it is attached to the casino and there is pretty heavy security and some shady characters, but if you can get past that and be patient, once in the hotel area, it was quiet and nice. There was also just one elevator working and seems that has been for a while, but it wasnt that much of a problem if you can bea little patient. The other hotel guests were very friendly.

The hotel was fine. Standard room, good size, good bed. A/C worked great. Had dinner at the Bistro and that was very good, with a great wait staff. The only issues were shower temperature was not steady and the water pressure was low. Also, there were only 2 elevators for the hotel section, and one was out of order. The remaining one was very slow. I found out the next day that the employee's service elevator was also having issues, so they had to use the customer elevators. That accounted for the slow service. Otherwise, we had a good time and would consider returning.
