This place is perfect for an old Florida stay. The access to the ocean is unbeatable, our room was much larger than expected and always clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive when we needed anything. I booked this not really expecting too much, just something to launch from, and I found myself enjoying slow morning drinking coffee by the ocean, quiet nights on the dock, and enjoying the pool in the day. 10/10 will go back.

This is not a five star hotel, but it is not meant to be. Loved the size and the quiet nature of it. Also loved the access to water, morning and evening view, convenience of parking you vehicle right outside your door, having a kitchenette, etc. Beds were comfortable, towels were replaced every day, all used items were replaced when needed. Perfect for our three day fishing trip

We stopped at Ragged Edge on our way home from Key West. It’s a hidden gem for boaters! Several slips for boats, good dock, nice pool, and plenty of parking. There are several small buildings housing the rooms. We were in building 2, which I believe has 6 rooms. The room was big, clean, and fully equipped with a stove and refrigerator, cabinets, etc. The view of the Atlantic was very nice. Note: We were there during one of the worst sargassum seasons, and the little cove outside our window did have a lot of it. However, they have a service that comes to clean it up. It was no worse there than in Key West (maybe better). There are many chairs and a couple of hammocks, if you want to hang out near the dock. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really liked the way the buildings were small and separate, rather than one big building. We plan to go back and stay longer!
