Cheeca Lodge and Spa is tremendous! From the room, to the view, the food and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Jessica at the front desk was right there anytime we needed anything and is definitely one of the best reasons to visit! Had a great stay, was a beautiful property, staff was helpful and nice. However our mini fridge was broken we had to throw away our left overs which was upsetting since it was from a expensive restaurant. The shower head was also dirty.

We had a wonderful stay! Although our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The excellent service more than made up for the delay, and we truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. We would happily stay here again.

Resort was amazing although the food and drinks were very expensive. Did not like the $200 per night refundable incidental fee. Takes 7 business days to get refunded.

There were a lot of activities to do with the kids during summer break. They have 3 big pools. The property was Right on the ocean. The Staff was very nice.
