Staff was great and the grounds were very nice. The tiki bar was fun too. We visited during low season so many of the rooms were unoccupied but we still got one with a view of the roof and A/C equipment. The toilet was toddler sized and very low to the floor so expect to work your quads. Having a shuttle available was super helpful and being able to access the other two properties was great as well.

It was clean, family friendly, quiet but yet plenty to do. It’s island time so sometimes when you want to do an activity like kayaking the employees take their time or when the coffee runs out in the main lobby it can be a guessing game as to who will fill it. We loved our stay though and they were so sweet to our toddler.

Beautiful resort and they have a shuttle bus or water taxi boat to take you to their other two sister resorts where you can enjoy all of the amenities It's like getting 3 resorts in one! All of them are super nice and offer excellent service. We loved it!

We had a great stay and overall I would definitely return as it’s a wonderful property. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. I appreciated the responsiveness of staff and communication via text and ability to make requests via QR code. I would say breakfast was lackluster and the service was extremely slow. Furthermore, I ordered two scrambled eggs and was served powdered eggs which tasted absolutely disgusting. I send that back, and was asked if I would like “hard shell” eggs instead. I thought this was very odd! You wouldn’t expect this at a resort of this level!

The hotel was great, and the room was very spacious for a two-queen-bed setup. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t realize the property didn’t have a true beach with direct ocean access. Since it was our first time visiting the Keys, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, so it would be helpful if this was communicated more clearly in the hotel’s description. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there.
