B&B en Isla Tybee

“The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...

“It was a beautiful place. Very clean and very historic. Owners were super friendly. Breakfast was so good! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the location was awesome. The only thing that you need to know is that there are many steps up and there is no elevator. Their staff is more than willing to help, but if you can’t climb steps, that’s something to think about.”

“Loved the historical property! Breakfast each morning was lovely with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevators were not around in the 1800s so plan accordingly…stairs to 4th floor were great exercise! Lovely stay!”

“Although the place was under renovation upstairs when we visited I didn’t reflect that in my review. The house was located so close to Forsyth park and we were able to walk around historic Savannah with no difficulty. Abigail the manager of the bed and breakfast did a great job with breakfast, waters upon arrival, giving us a map of the are and even a happy hour of wine and cheese from 4-5 pm. “Beautiful place! We stayed at the Crawford Cottage, which is very cozy. In front of the cottage there is a place to sit and read in front of a fountain. At the end of the day there is happy hour and they share dessert (delicious), tea and coffee. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking Forsyth Park, a relaxing experience. From the hotel, you cross the street and you are in Forsyth Park, a fantastic place to walk. Definitely a place to return, and connect with the tranquility of the area....

“Una historica mansion muy bien ubicada y con habitaciones muy bien decoradas y espaciosas. Personal muy eficiente, atento y amigable, muy bueno el servicio. El edificio necesita urgente mantenimiento y limpieza a fondo. Se nota la falta de un buen housekeeper. Se ve que tuvo tiempos mejores. En el comedor deberian sustituir la gran mesa por varias mesas de a dos ya que generalmente a los huespedes no nos gusta compartir la mesa del desayuno con desconocidos.
