“The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms.”

“Tracee greeted us warmly and gave us some good advice for places to eat. The room was absolutely great, with a comfortable bed and a very good bathroom.”

“The staff were so lovely accomodating and wonderful, unfortunately I arrived with a sore back so couldn’t do the walk and they were very caring with heat pack and healing balm upgraded our room, will be coming back. The place is paradise as well had a lovely spa with a view and beautiful meal at the restaurant. Highly recommend one of the best places I’ve been in the world and I have travelled a lot! ”

“Aún sabiendo que las habitaciones no están renovadas, son muy muy viejas. El baño daba miedo. Parte del hotel si que está renovado. El restaurante del hotel muy caro. El desayuno poca cosa y muy caro. A mi hijo de 6 años por unos cereales nos cobraron 18$.”
