Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”

“When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...
