“Air condition in the rooms. All rooms facing an interior garden. Staff is like 24h a day in the entrance and ready to help. Arriving by car may be a bit tricky. The location of the hotel is interesting to experience the real local life. There are plenty of places to eat around local food. It's 5 minutes drive away from the airport and a cap may cost less than RP 50k. The staff is extremely friendly and always trying to help you in any way!”

“I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. “Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. ”

“Pretty disappointing. The electricity didn’t work well and when it worked, the AC was not working either. The room was quite dark and the bathroom was not the cleanest. It wasn’t the most expensive hotel but also not cheap for what you get. It looks 100 times better in the pictures. I don’t recommend it at all.”
