A standout feature of this hotel was the excellent beach maintenance. The staff did a fantastic job of regularly clearing away seaweed, so there was never a large buildup on the shore. This made the beach much more enjoyable and showed the hotel’s commitment to providing a great guest experience.

My husband and I recently stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and had an exceptional experience. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. The beach, pools, and overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which was well worth it, and also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience. The dining was excellent, with the hibachi dinner being a standout. Property was nice but felt very closed off when you walked around because of the layout. Food was great. My main complaint would be that there were private parties almost every day we were there and they closed off entire areas, restaurants, and even the pools, which was a bummer since we planned on using the jungle pool the whole last day but were told to move at noon. We were tired of the loud activity pool since they do the same thing everyday with the same schedule & music. If you’re not a beach person, I recommend moxche. The beach here made up for them closing off areas, otherwise it would have been pretty disappointing.
