We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can’t wait to come back. If possible, request Rafa, he’s amazing!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Impression Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was top tier. The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. The food and drinks were 10/10, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to relax. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had. Food was not good for the cost of the stay. Typical Mexican food. Rib eye was a quarter inch thick. They say all inclusive but then you have to pay for sake, oysters, lobster, and other things. The staff was excellent and very polite. Overall, it was an OK experience, but less than expected for the price point. I would not stay there again.

From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of.
