Great spot just steps from the ferry. A few minute walk to the Malecon to take in the sunrise; we enjoyed the sunset right from our balcony. Nice and simple room with good amenities - mini fridge, coffee pot (coffee provided!), mugs & spoons, microwave, comfy bed, shower with good pressure. Moped and golf cart rental place right across the street.

The suites are a 3 minute walk from the ferry and located on the busiest road on the island. The suites face toward the water and you really don't hear the traffic. Balcony is large and room is spacious. Water pressure and temperature are great (not as common as you might think). Bonus: sandwich and coffee shop downstairs in building was reasonable and high quality compared to similar spots on Isla.

We loved our stay at hotel Bartolome! Beautiful, light filled room, great A/C, comfy bed, friendly and thorough cleaning lady, cold fridge, and the view from our patio can not be beat! We added an extra night because we did not want to leave and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay! It was a good location for watching all the coming and goings of the many boats and ferries visiting Isla. Staff were amazing. There is a small pool overlooking the marina. Overall it was a good place to stay for our four days on the island.

The pool is at the restaurant next door that was closed, no elevator, no ice, and right by the port super noisy. We left and are still trying to get our money back!

Beautiful rooms and great location - right next to the ferry dock and across from gold cart rental. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the smart TV was easy to connect to. Please note that the owners have multiple properties and are not manning the desk 24/7. You need to get into contact with them via WhatsApp, but they always replied immediately and someone was there promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer!

Unlocked door, no lobby, no one works there regularly and the front doors of the rooms were about as heavy as an average house’s bedroom door with one little doorknob lock. If the island didn’t feel as safe as it did this would’ve been a nightmare scenario. Room couldn’t have been more basic with absolutely unusably tall pillows. You had to lock and unlock the balcony door with a key. It was a mediocre room for rent. Absolutely not worth the price I’m shocked by the good reviews we had friends staying in hostels that seemed more secure and a quarter of the price.

I had an amazing experience at hotel Bartolome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Great location near ferry terminal. The room was decent and balcony offers great views of boats. However, I would say this was a Marina with restaurant and rooms. Not a hotel with marina and restaurant. The restaurant closes by 7:00, so not a dinner option. The pool is located within restaurant, so you must exit hotel to street then enter restaurant to get to pool. They don’t provide towels for pool. The food was good, but servers weren’t very welcoming. Again, they are focused on serving the marina guests. Not a deal breaker. But certainly not what I was expecting.

The room was clean, decorated, nice view from the balcony, internet worked really welll, AC as well. It was super close from the ferry and close to most restaurants and stores in the North Beach. Silent, I was able sleep well. I would stay in this hotel again.
