Loved my stay here, the staff goes above and beyond; whatever I needed booked they got it done, tours, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, taxi service. all dropped and picked up from the hotel. And the food was amazing! Breakfast had a curated menu daily based on fresh ingredients. Dinner was amazing too. And hands down one of the most relaxing beach clubs in the area, with your stay you have a spot reserved at the beach club. I would recommend the stay here 100%

We had an amazing check-in with Leo, and then Irwin helped us during the rest of our stay. He was so helpful, informative,and lovely. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing. It is a very close walk to the beach 1-2 minutes) and great that they have their own beach club set up a little ways down from where the actual hotel is. No pressure to buy any food or drinks, which is nice, (but lots of food and drink to choose from if you would like!) and was able to just enjoy the beach beds. There are mosquitoes there, so don’t forget to bring bug spray!

This hotel is truly exceptional. I’ve stayed at other places in Holbox and had great experiences, but this hotel stands out. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by name, which makes the service feel incredibly personal. The breakfast is excellent, and the food overall is outstanding. The beach club is beautiful and provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. I traveled solo as a woman, and Holbox is a wonderful destination for solo travelers. This hotel, in particular, made me feel especially comfortable and well cared for. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Punta Caliza is the perfect blend of modern & traditional Mexico. The space is tranquil, the breakfast was exciting and filling every morning. Their team are all lovely and super friendly, offering great suggestions and making you feel welcome. You can see there was so much thought put into this hotel and all that it encompasses.

Our stay at Punta Caliza was nothing short of incredible! The staff was so sweet and so attentive. They knew everything about us and were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was incredible, dinner at the hotel was amazing too (try the fish of the day), and the beach bar was our highlight (get the shrimp tacos and mezcalitas). We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!

The place was great but the staff were what made it. The pool off the room is amazing and private and leads out to the main pool. The beach is a 5-7 min walk away. The food is Delish and breakfast was fab. We will for sure come back! Thanks to Julietta, Max, Irving and the beach club boys! We loved it all!
