I’m not sure we have stayed at a cleaner resort. Even the bathrooms by the pool always felt like they had just been cleaned. The staff were friendly and attentive and the beach was much cleaner and well kept than those adjacent to us.

We stayed in The pool but waiters were too busy on their phones to bring drinks or sweep the pool area with little sharp berries that hurt when stepped on. Pretty sure we had bed bugs and thought it was sand fleas. Till we got sick at a restaurant in town and had to spend 24 hours in bed sick. Then we knew it was bed bugs. When we asked for even toast to eat when we started getting better they refused because it was not on the reg means wanted us to wait till the next breakfast??? When they clearly had sandwich and hamburgers on the daily menu! Finally brought us some after begging and it took an hour to make toast when our room was next to the kitchen??? Then charged us 200 pesos for some toast for sick guest!!!! When I asked for the manager they said to wait till the next day at 9 am. So at 7 am we checked out and found a different hotel.

The property is Brand new, it has everything you need for a hotel. just remember that this is an island, sometimes the electricity goes off in the entire island, the internet also, so, it is not to blame the hotel. The beach in the hotel is superb, nothing compares to it, beautiful. I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful new hotel! Too bad the employees aren’t trained. We arrived and they didn’t know anything about our reservation, waited twice for our rooms to be ready. Then we were offered a bottle of whine to stay in a regular room when we had a ocean view…Very slow and bad service at the restaurant. There’s only 1 Argentine waiter that knows how to serve : Augustín I think was his name. Everyone else needs serous training. Not coming back. The way they charge for the rooms and return our deposit is so confusing. Hopefully we get our deposit money back, cause the voucher says “00” instead of -2,000 for each room. For the rooms you need trash cans and something for your folded clothes.

Personnel très gentil, site magnifique. Le seul point à améliorer serait le déjeuner, il n’y a vraiment pas grand chose, même pas de beurre pour mettre sur les toasts. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Todo bien solo que por un cambio de vuelo tuve que regresar antes y avise 24 hrs antes y el hotel no le quiso cancelar la noche ni hacer un descuento por lo que tuve que pagar la segunda noche sin hacer uso de la misma

Es un buen hotel, tranquilo, con buena alberca y playa. La habitacion muy amplia podrian arreglarla mejor solo esta la cama y hay espacio para una mesa o salita. Podrian tambien poner bicis de cortesia o alguna otra amenidad.
