Great hotel

Great hotel. Excellent location, very close from the ferry station. Also close to the main street. 5-6 blocks (10-15min) walk to the beach and cool places. Isela is a great person always there to help visitors.

This is a gem of a room to stay in. It was light, airy, clean and unicumbered. We endured a severe storm that flooded the island and where cosy inside. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Truly our best experience in Holbox.

Hotel bonito pero alejado y ruidoso

Hotel muy hermoso, pero poco práctico, alejado del centro y la playa, hay mucho movimiento de máquinas y en general se escuchan todas las conversaciones y gritos de las habitaciones contiguas. El lugar en el que está ubicado no hay nada cerca, hay que caminar 5 o 6 calles para encontrar algo. La chica de recepción es muy amable. Ofrecen amenidades de baño y tienen un Refri, no obrecen agua.

No te apoyan en nada; ni taxis, ni te ayudan con los servicios de alrededor; la señorita de la recepción no sabe ni dónde hay una tienda para comprar víveres ; la última noche llovió y goteras por todos lados , la cama se empapó y mis maletas y el cuarto se inundó
