We really enjoyed our stay at Madre. Beautiful rooms with comfortable Beds, a great shower and a nice kitchen. A/C works great. We had a small dog with us and appreciated having an outdoor shower to clean all the sand off of her and for that matter ourselves before entering our room. We would definitely stay again upon return to Holbox.

The concept is ok, keeps the property as clean as possible, but the area was full of dust. It would be a good idea to have access to cleaning supplies like a mop, broom, etc.

Delayed check in

This stay would have been fine had they not delayed my check in until 1630pm when their guarantee was supposed to be 1500. They then blamed it on my cell service around the island but WhatsApp informs you of the time it is sent regardless of the time received. They were unfriendly; unhelpful and unapologetic. I would not recommend this stay as there are better places for the same price. Other considerations- it was dusty in the room, all cement so nothing felt clean. They did have good AC, but not a great shower. Only had shampoo and no conditioner or soap.

De pronto cuando llegue se veía todo bien,pero luego te das cuenta que es la peor opción,no hay alberca es una pila para 1 o 2 personas máximo,si vas con niños tengan cuidado la ducha no tienen puerta, todos se tienen que salir para que una persona se pueda duchar aparte tiene una pared de vidrio en la ducha muy peligrosa para los niños, no te dan tuallas limpias,papel de toilet nadie limpia y no hay donde tirar basura y todo te quieren cobrar Simplemente no vuelvo horrible.

Nos encantó el departamento. Tiene todo lo necesario y es amplio. Excelente ubicación, a 3 cuadras del muelle y super cerca de la playa que además es muy bonita. La alberca muy bien. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Volveríamos sin duda.

J'attends toujours une réponse concernant l'absence de serviettes de piscine dans la chambre (ce qui est prévu et confirmé par les documents dans la chambre.) Le check in par un message whatsapp s'est bien passé, mais quel intérêt de ne pas répondre à mes questions au même numéro ensuite ? Incompréhensible. Dommage.

El lugar es increíble, muy tranquilo, super céntrico, el inmueble es amplio, bonito, limpio. La alberca es súper hermosa, limpia, solo que varios días estuvo en mantenimiento 😭 , adicional nos hizo falta un espejo de cuerpo completo, para el sofá cama hizo falta una almohada, y también estaría bien un kit de limpieza para nosotros mismo barrer, o limpiar la arena. Increíble lugar, volvería
