Hotel is beautiful, staff were great, Mateo and Lupita were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to do or go in the island. The only negative thing there was no water one morning to shower but the fixed the problem.

Location is excellent. It is close to multiple dining options and a short walking distance to the beach. Our room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Plus the staff were all kind and helpful. Only downside is the noise level from the bar up the street which made it difficult to sleep some nights. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our Holbox trip and it was by far the best location we stayed in. The hotel is brand new, it's nice and quiet, although centrally located with everything is walkable. The room was modern and clean and had a luxury feel. There were some comments in other reviews that the pool was too cold and more for decoration. We actually really enjoyed coming home to a cold pool after a day at the beach, it was an excellent way to cool off. I definitely recommend this hotel. Although the restaurant is not yet open. When we come back to Holbox, we will likely stay here the whole time.

Switched to this hotel after a bad experience at another near by hotel. Best decision we could have made. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling. The room wasn’t fancy but it was quite large, well stocked and clean. The location was also great. Close to the busy areas and beaches but far enough away to be quiet at night. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
