2 blocks from the Plaza, food court and pier for boat trips. Quiet location, awesome pool inside the court yard. We love it and definitely coming back!

Beautiful boutique hotel with fully accommodating staff-April is the best! Open air lobby, swings surround the pool that is the central focal point of the ground level. A photographers dream. They took exceptional care of us. April was resourceful in getting us anything we needed outside of our stay-food, directions, taxi, golf carts - you name it. We wanted for nothing. I don’t usually do return trips but I would absolutely stay here again and I have already recommended to my friends and family.

We had a great time staying here. They just put a new bar in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Mateo was awesome to work with. He provided us with a lot of options for local things to do.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were great, Mateo and Lupita were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to do or go in the island. The only negative thing there was no water one morning to shower but the fixed the problem.

Location is excellent. It is close to multiple dining options and a short walking distance to the beach. Our room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Plus the staff were all kind and helpful. Only downside is the noise level from the bar up the street which made it difficult to sleep some nights. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous spacious room with high ceiling, plenty of light and very comfortable bed. Location couldn’t have been better and nighttime noise better than many places we’ve stayed in Mexico. Quad bikes and motorbikes settle down after 11pm and not much music heard after 12. Occasional barking. Staff were all so lovely.

The Junior room on the top floor was very generously proportioned. The bed was very large and comfortable. The property is very clean and immaculately presented. The line ln and towels were fresh and beautifully presented, with beach towels available too. The shower gels, shampoo and conditioner were excellent. The balcony was a nice addition, and only a minor point could do with one extra chair. Locationwise it is perfect, being in a quiet area but close enough to walk 2-3 minutes to the beach, or 5 minutes to the central square. If you are looking for a clean, well presented and excellent value stay, you will struggle to find better.

We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our Holbox trip and it was by far the best location we stayed in. The hotel is brand new, it's nice and quiet, although centrally located with everything is walkable. The room was modern and clean and had a luxury feel. There were some comments in other reviews that the pool was too cold and more for decoration. We actually really enjoyed coming home to a cold pool after a day at the beach, it was an excellent way to cool off. I definitely recommend this hotel. Although the restaurant is not yet open. When we come back to Holbox, we will likely stay here the whole time.

Switched to this hotel after a bad experience at another near by hotel. Best decision we could have made. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling. The room wasn’t fancy but it was quite large, well stocked and clean. The location was also great. Close to the busy areas and beaches but far enough away to be quiet at night. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
