Close to everything. Clean. I didn’t like that it was close to a bar, we were traveling with kids. The night we stayed there it was very noisy at night. But I don’t know if every night it’s like that. Good place to stay for young people, not families.

I booked this for someone else and we knew it was going to be very basic but once there it was so depressing I had to move this person somewhere else. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the back room faced an alley full of trash.

Lo único rescatable que tiene rescatable es la ubicación frente al parque y el sitio de taxis El hotel no es nada como lo describen y se aprecia en las fotos. Llegamos el día 3 de Agosto 2024, recepción nada agradable ya ni hablemos de los cuartos, Camas muy incómodas, el baño muy maltratado y aspecto sucio al igual que las camas. El olor parecía que estábamos sobre la fosa séptica. además que sin agua y no se comentó nada en recepción. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel pues ibamos en familia , eramos 8 personas y afortunadamente hubo disponibilidad en otro hotel se llama Mistroz-Mayan, la atención super bien. Ahora bien regresando al hotel los Arcos, le dijimos al de recepción nuestra opinión y pues como era de esperarse su reacción fue de indiferencia, y no hizo por la hacer aunque sea una devolución ni darnos alguna opción de regresar una parte de lo que pagamos, aunque no es gravoso pero bueno, por $200 pesos más desde un inicio hubiesemos elegido el 2do hotel.

En general me agrado mucho este hotel ya que esta muy céntrico y es de fácil acceso para los restaurantes, tiendas y playa de Holbox, lo recomiendo amplia mente ya que si buscas un hotel con lo necesario este es el adecuado.

Hotel sucio y en mal estado

El hotel está muy sucio, fotos engañosas en la aplicación, no lo recomiendo, camas en muy mal estado viejas, sabanas sucias, almohadas sucias, con cucarachas rondando por la cama, baño viejo y sucio, sin conrtina, el agua se estanca en el suelo del retrete, mal olor en general en todo el hotel, no lo recomiendo nada

The location is excellent . Right in the central park . I didnt hear any noise once in room but just step outside and you are in the middle of everything and just 2 streets away from beach. The beach is more nicer the further north you go , keep that in mind . If u want great street food and central location to parties , this is it . Also only short walk to the ferry
