Hotel was beautiful, just the right size. Very cool rooms and pool, DJ's on some nights, beautiful decoration, amazing views with its own beach... great for lounging all day with great drinks and great food. The staff gets to know you by name. Note that the beach is very small (but to us that didn't matter). Staff was awsome! Hotel is hot in the middle of town so noise level was great.

Our room was beautiful! We could see the pool and a little of the beach and ocean. We had a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed relaxing in. The staff were all AMAZING! Everyone was very attentive, helpful, genuine, and happy. We especially loved the servers on the beach. Julietta was just the sweetest and always made us feel special. The food at the restaurant was also phenomenal. On the days we didn't feel like going far, we were perfectly content eating at the resort. We will definitely go back!

The staff is amazing. They are always willing to help and very proficient. The hotel has many good features - the beach is nice and the pool is interesting. The layout is very compact so you hear pool noise during the day and the music from the restaurant/bar at night. I was sick and in bed early so I heard it. I think it goes off at a reasonable hour. The restaurant was good but not great. The location is far from town. That can be a plus or a minus.

The hotel is simply spectacular. The rooftop has incredible views, perfect for enjoying the sunset and completely relaxing. The food at Fuego and Terra was one of the highlights of the trip—delicious flavors, beautifully presented, and with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and designed to make you feel in harmony with the surroundings. But without a doubt, what stands out most is the staff's attention: always friendly, attentive, and with a genuine service attitude that makes all the difference.
