Our room was beautiful! We could see the pool and a little of the beach and ocean. We had a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed relaxing in. The staff were all AMAZING! Everyone was very attentive, helpful, genuine, and happy. We especially loved the servers on the beach. Julietta was just the sweetest and always made us feel special. The food at the restaurant was also phenomenal. On the days we didn't feel like going far, we were perfectly content eating at the resort. We will definitely go back!

The hotel is simply spectacular. The rooftop has incredible views, perfect for enjoying the sunset and completely relaxing. The food at Fuego and Terra was one of the highlights of the trip—delicious flavors, beautifully presented, and with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and designed to make you feel in harmony with the surroundings. But without a doubt, what stands out most is the staff's attention: always friendly, attentive, and with a genuine service attitude that makes all the difference. Definitely a place I would return to and highly recommend for the true Holbox experience.
