“Animal and Environmental harm caused by employees I recently stayed at Silver Sand Resort on Havelock Island and was deeply disturbed by what I witnessed. Several times, I saw resort employees throwing rocks at stray dogs that were calm, friendly, and non-aggressive. The island dogs are well accustomed to tourists, and Havelock Island is also widely known to be rabies free. In one shocking incident, an employee hit a harmless dog with a rock as it walked past the property. The dog cried out...

“Un hotel tan grande y de tanto lujo debería tener dos piscinas y una de ellas de solo adultos, porque es insoportable los gritos de los niños en la piscina. ”

“スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でとても良い。 自然の森の中でのんびり過ごすには最適な場所。 ホテルに隣接するビーチは白い砂浜と透明度の高い海で、とてもきれい。夜浜辺から見る満天の星は筆舌に尽くしがたい。 レストランが提供する料理は様々なバリエーションがあるが、やはりカレーが美味しい。特にエビや魚のカレー。 ホテルが森の中にあるため、野鳥が多く、鳥の鳴き声で迎える朝は素晴らしい。 一方で虫やトカゲなどが苦手な人には向かないかもしれない。ホテルのスタッフの方が、虫除けの薬剤を定期的に敷地内に撒いてくれているため、部屋の中に虫が入ってくることはあまり無い。 次回は雨季に雨の森を体験しにまた訪れたい。 ”

“Property is clean and rooms are bright and clean. Enjoyed the beach, there is a tide that goes out, cant swim, when the tide is in its beautiful like a large warm pool.”

“5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. ”

“It was clean, close to Radhanagar beach, close to the night market, there was a local bus that went straight to the jetty, and the room was spacious and everything was good.”
