Hotel buliding was perfect, but i cannot say the same thing for the staff. Good behaviour without professionalism. I reserved twin bed, but they gave me double bed. I room they wanted to transfer us was dirty which a person left there couple of hours ago and our arrive time was like 5pm.

Annem ve babam 4-6 şubatta depreme bu otelde denk geldiler. Kendileri sağ ve otel ise sapasağlam olarak depremi ve artçılarını atlattılar. Otelde hiç bir hasar yokmuş sadece birkaç şişe gibi şeyler devrilmiş. Otelin deprem sonrasında müşterilerine ve çevre halka tutumu çok yardımseverdi, barınma ve yiyecek konusunda ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Ailemin rezervasyonları sonrasında dahi orada sığınmalarını sağladılar, ailem genel olarak güleryüzlü ve mutlu bir konaklama yaptı. Tekrar gelirsek ilk tercih edeceğimiz otel olacak. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Great location but rooms need an update

It’s in a great location and the staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are small and the shower is extremely small. The rooms can use some updating. The telephone doesn’t work and it took them a day to fix the refrigerator, but overall a nice place to stay!

Hayal kırıklığı

Internette gözüktüğü gibi değil. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı.. Fransız işgalinde karakol olarak kullanılmış bina. Odalar arasında ses izolasyonu yok. Nevresimler eski, yıpranmış ve kirli. standart oda o kadar küçüktü ki valizimi koyacak yer bulamadım kapı önünde yere yatırarak açtım. Banyo kapısı iki kanatlı. İkinci kanadın demir sürgüsünü açmadan içeri zor giriliyor. Banyosunda bir yere çarpmadan soldan sağınıza zor dönebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı 15 dakikada gelmedi... Odalara çıkarken merdiven gıcırtısından bina inliyor. ve odalardan bu ses duyuluyor.

İsabetli bir seçim yapmışım

Personel mükemmeldi.Hem kahvaltı,hem resepsiyon,hem vade ile ilgili olanlar Güleryüz’le ve istenileni hemen yerine getirenlerdir.Yani mükemmeller idi.Başta Rana’da otelde kalmayı düşünüyordum.Ama burayı tercih ettim.Ettiğim için de iti yapmışım.Her yere ulaşımı da ayrıca çok iyi.Herhese tavsiye ederim.Yine gelmeyi ve kalmayı düşünüyorum

Gayet memnun bir tatil.

Otelle ilgili her şey çok güzel. Ben size sadece olumsuz yönlerinden bahsedeceğim. Yanında bir bar var saat 12'ye kadar odalarda yüksek müzik sesi oluyor. Erken uyumak isterseniz bunu göz önünde bulundurmalısınız. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil, sadece bir kahvaltı tabağı geliyor ama yine de doyurucu. Şarap evi olmasından dolayı, ben kendi ürettikleri şaraplarında olmasını umuyordum ama Süryani şarapları hariç genelde marketlerde bulunabilecek şaraplar var. Otelin konumu çok merkezi olması sebebiyle park yeri yok ve otele 200 metre yakında bir otoparkla anlaşılmış. İster vale hizmetiyle, ister kendiniz otoparka götürüp aracınızı bırakabiliyorsunuz. Dekorasyon zaten otel resimlerinden de görüldüğü gibi çok şık. Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü. Odalar genel olarak küçük. Ama tarihi konağın içine kurulan bir otel olmasından dolayı yerler gıcırdıyor. Ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil. Bunları olumsuzluk olarak değerlendirmiyorum. Çok keyifli bir otel. Bir daha gitsem yine kalırım. Özellikle balayı odalarında yatağın üstündeki cibinlik ve yatakların ekstra büyük olması çok güzel.
