エアコンの不具合なのかずっとバタバタという音がし続けて、エアコンをつけて寝ることができず、寝苦しかったです。アメニティがあまりにも少なすぎて驚きました。綿棒くらいはあってもいいのでは…。また、部屋着は洗濯しすぎてゴムのところなどがところどころ擦り切れやぶれていて、こんなボロボロの服着たことがないです。エレベーター内に掲示してある各階案内板は、黒いテープで修正してありますが、まがっていたり剥がれていたりとズサンです。周囲のホテルよりも価格が割高なのですから、もう少し施設、備品の管理を丁寧にされるべきではないでしょうか。

設備以外は完璧。改善してほしい点・空調の風量を変更できるようにしてほしい。・部屋干しする際、ハンガーをかける場所が少なすぎる。・トイレの洗面台はオシャレだが、手が洗いにくい。洗面器に手が当たるのが気になる。とてもオシャレだがオシャレに振り切った分、実用的なスペースが減ってしまった印象。部屋自体とても綺麗だし、ご飯もおいしかったのでもったいないなーという印象でした。

施設内に自販機が欲しかったです。夜中に買いに施設の全ての階を回りましたが、無く外に出て買いに行こうとしたんですが、あいにく土砂降りで出たくなかったんですが、お水が欲しく濡れながら、出て少し左手にあった自販機に買いに行きました。自販機を置かなくてもせめてウォーターサーバーは欲しいと思いました。

石垣港やバスターミナルの近所のため、交通の便が良く徒歩圏内が中心地となるので便利です。新しく港の前なので近郊ホテルよりは若干高めとなるものの上記を考えると妥当かと思われる。ホテルによっては、無料ドリンクサービスがあるところもあるが、こちらのホテルはカフェバーのようなのがレセプション横にある。ただ、ホテルつけとかに出来ず、１杯づつ、その都度キャッシュレスで支払う必要があり面倒である。

離島ターミナルが目の前で、離島巡りをするにはすごく便利な立地です。お土産物屋さんも近く、周辺に飲食店も多くあるため、素泊まりでも困りませんでした。朝ごはん、バーを利用しましたが、比較的安く美味しいです。館内もキレイで外的に過ごすことが出来ました。

大変満足させてもらいました！朝食がとてもおしゃれで周りのホテルにはない感じで居た空間も落ち着くスペースでもっと時間が欲しかったくらいです、ありがとうございました！設備では、部屋の中に物干し竿があればもっといいかなと思いました!
