Great Service and breakfast! Excellent facilities with free laundry and drying！ It would be great if there is place for luggage placing at room. More cushion inserted at corners of the bed would be much better!

設備以外は完璧。改善してほしい点・空調の風量を変更できるようにしてほしい。・部屋干しする際、ハンガーをかける場所が少なすぎる。・トイレの洗面台はオシャレだが、手が洗いにくい。洗面器に手が当たるのが気になる。とてもオシャレだがオシャレに振り切った分、実用的なスペースが減ってしまった印象。部屋自体とても綺麗だし、ご飯もおいしかったのでもったいないなーという印象でした。

施設内に自販機が欲しかったです。夜中に買いに施設の全ての階を回りましたが、無く外に出て買いに行こうとしたんですが、あいにく土砂降りで出たくなかったんですが、お水が欲しく濡れながら、出て少し左手にあった自販機に買いに行きました。自販機を置かなくてもせめてウォーターサーバーは欲しいと思いました。

石垣港やバスターミナルの近所のため、交通の便が良く徒歩圏内が中心地となるので便利です。新しく港の前なので近郊ホテルよりは若干高めとなるものの上記を考えると妥当かと思われる。ホテルによっては、無料ドリンクサービスがあるところもあるが、こちらのホテルはカフェバーのようなのがレセプション横にある。ただ、ホテルつけとかに出来ず、１杯づつ、その都度キャッシュレスで支払う必要があり面倒である。
