Perfect place to stay need rental car !

This is very nice hotel with cheep price duing renovation ! We are so lucky my family was so impressed all the amenity fro desk services we will come back ! And Landry 24 hr with dryer and washing together helps a lot bedroom at tatami room is good for kids !

連休後の宿泊ということもあり、他の宿泊客は少なめな印象はあったものの、部屋の清潔感や、スタッフさんの対応が挨拶も毎度していただき、どなたも対応が良かった。また、ホテルプールも清潔でホテル滞在も楽しむことができた。 空港からも近く、市街地から少し離れているからこそホテル周辺は静かで落ち着いた滞在をすることができた。

元々決まっていたお部屋ではなく、当日行ったら場所を変更と言われお詫びにモーニング無料にすると言われました。お部屋も綺麗でしたし、モーニングのお料理どれも美味しかったですが、事前に連絡できるのではないかとは思いました。 宿泊1日目と3日目にプールに入ったのですが3日目のプールの色がなんとも言えなくて少し不安になりました。

部屋も綺麗で家族4人で来ましたが、広々と使えました。またベランダにもお風呂があり、そこから見える景色も最高でした。私が滞在した時には窓から虹が見えて最高の時を過ごしました。

断水により宿泊できなかった。 当日夜チェックインすると、急遽、断水によりで宿泊できないと伝えられ、別のホテルに移動(自費で車で20-30分の場所へ) 宿泊はホテルが手配、朝食付きのサービスがあったが、事前に連絡などはできたのではないか。 チェックイン時は、前の方の対応により、かなり待たされ、別ホテルに着いたのは日が変わる頃。 ホテル側のスタッフも状況がわかっているのかいないのか、スタッフによって言うことがバラバラでした。 楽しみにしていた分、残念でしたが、振替先のホテルは問題なしだったので、宿泊できないと分かった時点での対応や、振替先のホテルへの移動方法などは、もう少し考慮していただければよかった。

市街まで車で15分の立地で、車があれば全く気にならず、北部へ出るには便利な立地。ホテルからの眺め（海、夕焼け、市街）は最高でした 近隣に食事処やスーパーはないが、市街に行けば何でも揃うので、特に不自由なく快適に過ごせました！

ホテル周辺は畑しかありませんが、高台にあるので部屋から望む海の景色は最高でした！ レンタカーを使用していたので、少々街から離れている点については問題ありませでしたが、公共交通機関を利用している方には不便なロケーションではないかと思います。 部屋自体はとても広くて良かったのですが、外出先から戻ったら、部屋中に蟻の大群が発生していて驚きました。 ホテルのスタッフの方がすぐに対応してくださり、別のお部屋に移動することができました。 ホテルのプールについては、初日から水が緑色で、翌日は更に色が濃くなっていて、おそらく塩素不足による藻類の大量発生が原因だと思います。 子どもたちはプールを使っていましたが、緑色の水で泳ぐのは気持ちが悪くて、残念ながら楽しむことはできませんでした。
