スタッフの対応はそんなに悪くはなかったです。 繁華街にも歩いて行ける距離にあり、価格的にも悪くはありません。 ホテル自体は、アパートを改装した感じのイメージと思ってもらえればいいです。 部屋はベットが2つあり広く使えました。 電子レンジや洗濯機、ドライヤー、テレビ、エアコンなどあり、お風呂とトイレは一緒の空間にあります。 気になったのは、エレベーターを降りた時のフロアが外で汚いのもありましたがびっくりしました。部屋のドアも錆びていましてちょっと残念でした。部屋の中もちょっと湿気っぽい匂いがするのも残念な所です。 泊まるだけなら問題ないですが、気になる人もいるかもしれないですね…

ロケーションが良く、港のそばで、離島ターミナルやバスターミナルは徒歩圏内。部屋には洗濯機、キッチン、電子レンジなどの設備が整っていて快適で過ごしやすいです。また、朝食もバランスの良い盛りだくさんな沖縄料理の定食が食べられて満足しています。

サービスが良く、快適に過ごせるホテル。

ロケーションが良いので、毎回利用させていただいていますが、サービスが良く、部屋には電子レンジや洗濯機まで完備してあり、とても快適に滞在させていただいています。朝食も値打ちものです。今回は部屋にUSBコードを忘れてきたので問い合わせると、保管室に届いていて次回まで預かってもらえました。有難いことです。

石垣島と離島のサイクリングで7泊しました。 宮古島で同じ系列のホテルに泊まったので、ここを選びました。 一番の選択理由は室内に乾燥機能付洗濯機があることで、持参する衣類を減らすことが出来るためです。 （洗剤は1回分50円でフロントで買えます） また朝食もバランスがとれた和定食で、良かったです。 （ただ7泊するとバリエーションが尽きて、人によっては飽きるかもしれません） ガウンやアメニティはフロントの前で必要な分をとっていく形式です。 石垣港近くの繁華街、バスや離島航路のターミナルまで徒歩5分、ホテルの隣にファミマもあり、良い立地でした。 掃除は1回だけで、4日目にしてもらいました。 最大の不満点は、部屋がタバコ臭かったこと。 その他、あまりきれいにメンテナンスされていない外廊下、テレビのリモコンがなかなか作動しないこと（ホテルのスタッフに見てもらいましたが問題ないとのことでしたが、毎回忍耐強くトライし続けました..）、チェックアウトの日にwifiが通じなくなったことなどがあげられます。 ただ立地、料金から考えると、次に石垣島に来るときも選択肢の一つになるかな、と考えています（料金に大きな差がなければ別のピース系列のホテルにするかもしれませんが..）

暑い日にチェックイン手続きをしているとき、冷たいさんぴん茶をいただき、横には自由に使えるかき氷機もおいてあり、美味しいかき氷もいただきました。おもてなしのご配慮が有難かったです。
